PROJECT 01 — CASE STUDY
Title Digital Practice Introduction Context This project serves as an introduction to my digital arts practice. It explores how a web-based environment can function as a clear, accessible, and ethically grounded space for presenting artistic work. Approach The work was developed through a restrained digital process emphasizing structure, hierarchy, and readability. Layout, spacing, and minimal interaction were the primary artistic tools, guiding viewers through information without distraction. Decisions were made to support clarity, reduce cognitive load, and foreground content over visual excess. Accessibility Considerations Accessibility was addressed through clear typography, consistent hierarchy, sufficient contrast, and responsive layout across devices. Navigation was kept simple and predictable to support ease of use for a broad range of audiences. Outcome The completed work functions as both a digital artwork and a foundation for future projects. It establishes the visual and ethical framework for the portfolio and supports professional presentation, visibility, and network development within digital and new media arts.
